Vacation Needed.

Lots of day dreaming going on this way.  We need a vacation, pronto! Joielala. Lo Boheme. Some Desert Sun.

Recently, we spent an afternoon in the Palm Springs desert sun with the girls from Joielala Photographie.  They brought their cameras. We brought some tulle.  And Lo from Lo Boheme gave us some rad hair accessories to wear.  And then we played.  And the end result is all that sunshine-y goodness that we adore.  We already knew we loved these girls in a big way, but they made us feel beyond pretty that day.  And who doesn't need that now and then?  So, now we just love them even more.  Thanks ladies!

Love you, Love your show.

Even if you aren't a big fan of Valentine's Day, we are insisting that you throw on some sequins and at least have one dessert today (uhhhh we may have already eaten some chocolate for breakfast, problem?).  Sequins & confetti always make us smile, so get on it and have some fun today!  Enjoy a few more pics from our shoot with the cute Megan of Forget Me Knot Weddings & the amazing girls of Joielala Photographie.  Cheers to all of you.  You've made us feel totally loved this year and we can't thank you guys enough.

A Modern Christmas.

We love all things modern. And white.  And this shoot is no exception.  It's our version of Christmas shot in Tori & the hubs own home in San Diego.  We were aiming to create a couple's first Christmas: out with old family traditions, while ushering in the new.  Not a stich of red or green in sight.  A gold tinsel tree, ornaments filled with confetti, Carnations mixed with Peonies, oversized deer (including a hunting decoy painted white and covered in lights), and glasses overflowing with champagne.  A day spent decorating the tree, playing in the rain, and cozying up to the dinner table.  

The talented ladies from Joielala Photography captured our vision perfectly.  With lightness and warmth.  They rock our sequined socks! And the super cute models are our hairdressers (and real life couple) and owners of Belli Belli salon.  This shoot couldn't have been more fun.  

So... the holiday is creeping even closer and it's time to put on your sequins and join us for this couple's first Christmas!
