It's not too late!

Last weekend was supposed to be pumpkin patch day for me and the Mr., but unfortunately we got rained out. But, it's still not too late! I saw this very simple and adorable how-to on could i have that? and immediately rushed to the neighborhood hardware store to get the supplies needed. I plan to get our pumpkins looking fabulous later today and you can too by following these quick steps.

Buy a bunch of pumpkins in all shapes and sizes (the smaller ones are cheaper). Then buy some spray paint. The example shows a bronze, a chalk board, and gold spray paint. Of course, feel free to get creative and have fun with colors depending on the look you're going for.

For more detailed instructions click here. The before & after photos are just so fun. My favorite pumpkin by far has to be the chalk board one. The matte finish from the spray paint just looks so artsy and there's no need to worry about your pumpkin going bad too fast because you don't cut into it!

Love! Love! Love! And, can't wait to try it out for myself later. Don't you just love when projects are so quick and easy AND look awesome?

Have an insanely fun Halloween everyone! xo, junia

Love this project! I can't wait to try this for our Thanksgiving table with the gold mini pumpkins.

Isn't it awesome? Oooo, I didn't even think to have these out for Thanksgiving! Now I'm even more excited because that means I get to keep my pumpkins around longer :)
